Every year more than 200 people jump into the Susquehanna River during the Heart of Lewisburg Ice Festival as part of the Polar Bear Plunge, while 100′s more less adventuresome folks watch. Earn the right to wear the 2012 Polar Bear Plunge t-shirt included with the first 300 registrations.

Anxious people should be sure to note the presence of the fully-suited diver from the Union County Divers and Water Rescue, who attends each Polar Bear Plunge to ensure safety.
