The Packwood House Museum’s Attic Tag Sale

The Packwood House Museum’s popular Attic Tag Sale will take place from Monday, February 27th, through Saturday, March 10th, 2012, excluding Sundays. The sale will take place during regular museum business hours, 10am to 5pm, and is sponsored by the Friends of Packwood House Museum. The sale, held in the Museum’s Tour
Center, is one of the museum’s most popular and successful fund-raisers.
All proceeds benefit Packwood House Museum.

Items that can be sold
include books, jewelry, glass, china, kitchenware, furniture, toys,
lamps, postcards, sporting equipment, craft items, holiday decorations -
anything except for console televisions, computers, and clothing,
although the Museum does accept vintage accessories. Electronics and
appliances will be accepted but must be in working order. Please pass
the word along to anyone who is moving – we can take all the items you
decide not to take with you. All donations are tax-deductible.

The Museum is open for drop-offs Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am
to 5 pm until January 7. From January 9-February 6, the museum will be
closed for winter break, but appointments can be made by calling (570)
524-0323. Arrangements may also be made for pick-up by contacting the
museum. The Tour Center is located at 15 N. Water St., Lewisburg. For
