Motion in the Park

A yoga class focused towards 4–7-year-olds (but everyone is invited!) introduces basic poses through imaginative play, storytelling, and games that encourage movement, focus, and fun. It helps children build balance, coordination, and body awareness while nurturing mindfulness and self-confidence in a playful environment.
