Help Keep Market Street in Bloom

First, we are beginning our annual fundraising campaign for the downtown flower baskets.

They are a small detail that makes a big difference in how our downtown looks and feels, and any support you can offer is greatly appreciated.

Join Us for the Annual Soiree

Our Annual Soiree is also coming up on Wednesday, September 16 at the Campus Theatre.

It’s our opportunity to say thank you to the people who make our work possible — and, admittedly, to ask for your continued support.

We’ll have heavy hors d’oeuvres, wine and beer, and desserts from Paris Bakery, along with a brief look at what the LDP has accomplished over the past year and where we’re headed next.

We’ll also present our first annual Impact on Market Street Award.

I would love to see all of you there and have you join us in celebrating downtown Lewisburg.

Business Round Table: Let’s Talk Miracle on Market Street

Third, and equally important, we are moving this month’s Business Round Table to Monday, September 21 at 9:00 a.m. at our office at 328 Market Street.

Our main topic will be Miracle on Market Street. We’ll review the event calendar, talk through what’s planned, and brainstorm new ideas.

Your input is incredibly valuable as we head into the holiday season.

We’ll continue the conversation at our October Round Table, when we’ll focus on all things Miracle on Market Street and make sure we are all on the same page going into the holidays.

Construction Updates - Where to Get Information

Lastly, there is some upcoming construction planned by the Borough.

I want to make sure you are getting accurate information. As we all know, information can get a little distorted as it travels down the telephone line, so please reach out to us or directly to the Borough with questions.
