Windy Festival Days - What actually works?

If you’ve done outdoor markets for any length of time, you’ve probably had one of those days.

The forecast says “a little breezy.”

And then suddenly you’re holding onto a canopy leg with one hand, trying to keep merchandise on the table with the other, and wondering whether your tent is about to become somebody else’s problem three booths down.

So we’re curious:

What’s your tried-and-true method for keeping your canopy grounded on a windy day?

Weights on every leg? Sandbags? Water jugs? A particular setup you swear by? Have you learned something the hard way that another vendor might be grateful to know?
